The 3-question quiz needs JavaScript. Here are the four places the path to clients stalls. Pick the one that sounds like you.
Your step: the Prereq. Your offer and your list come first. Today, write one sentence that says who your service helps, the outcome, and the price.
Your step: Step 0 and Step 1. People know your work, but it isn’t turning into clients. Today, message up to five people who already know your work, and offer them one short, useful thing.
Your step: Step 2, DM to booked call. Your conversations stop before the call. Today, list every open conversation and write one next action for each.
Your step: Step 3, the close call. Your calls end without a decision. Today, write down what your last three callers said, in their words, next to what you offered.

Your step: the Prereq
You said you want . On a normal week you . And the honest part: .
It’s one step, not your whole business. Start there.
Why it stalls here
Everything later runs on the offer and the list. If you can’t say who you help, what they get and the price in one line, every message has to explain it from scratch. And when your contacts live in five places, you never know who to talk to first.
What moves it
Get the offer into one sentence. Put the people you can reasonably contact into one list. Then build one useful free resource to offer them.
Your first move
Free, from Day 1 of the Quick Start. The Quick Start walks you through the offer, the list and the lead magnet in Days 1 to 3.
Write one sentence that says who your service helps, the outcome, and the price.
Why this first: People need to understand what you do before they can decide whether it matters to them.
The steps
Fill in
I help specific person clear outcome through your service for price or clear quote basis.
Use the actual price you charge. If the job varies, state what determines the price.
Done when: One completed offer sentence is saved in your working document.
The Quick Start is in the community. 7 days free, then $7/month at launch.
Your step: Step 0 and Step 1
You said you want . On a normal week you . And the honest part: .
It’s one step, not your whole business. Start there.
Why it stalls here
Knowing you isn’t the same as being asked. Most of the people who’ve seen your work don’t know you’re taking clients, or what to ask you for. More posting alone can’t fix that.
What moves it
Step 0: message the people who already know you, one at a time, with something useful. Step 1: tell your wider audience who you help, and offer the same thing.
Your first move
Free, from Day 4 of the Quick Start. Days 3 to 5 cover the free resource, the full Step 0 message and the Step 1 announcement.
Offer something useful, personally, to people who already know your work.
Why this first: A useful message can reopen a conversation that went quiet.
The steps
Copy and send
Hi name, I was thinking about our work on real context. I put together a short format to help buyer small task. Thought it might be useful for you. Would you like me to send it?
The opening refers to something true. No booking link or pitch attached.
Done when: Your first group has received the personalized messages.
The Quick Start is in the community. 7 days free, then $7/month at launch.
Your step: Step 2, DM to booked call
You said you want . On a normal week you . And the honest part: .
It’s one step, not your whole business. Start there.
Why it stalls here
The conversation has nowhere to go. You answer their question, they say thanks, and it ends. Nobody is keeping track, so the next message never gets sent.
What moves it
Track every conversation, answer with one good question, and know the next action for each person. Then make the move to a call once you know they need it.
Your first move
Free, from Day 6 of the Quick Start. Step 2, DM to booked call, covers the move to the call. It’s Coming Soon: I’m building it now, and it opens to paying members.
Record what happened and give each reply a useful first response.
Why this first: A request can disappear in a busy inbox if you do not record it.
The steps
Copy and send
Thanks for explaining. It sounds like brief, accurate reflection. Which part is hardest to work out right now?
Ask one question at a time. Let the answer guide your next reply.
Done when: One dated tracker update records all replies and responses so far, or records zero replies.
The Quick Start is in the community. 7 days free, then $7/month at launch.
Your step: Step 3, the close call
You said you want . On a normal week you . And the honest part: .
It’s one step, not your whole business. Start there.
Why it stalls here
The call is doing work the offer should have done. If what they told you and what you offered don’t match, or the price arrives as a surprise, “let me think about it” is the polite way out.
What moves it
Go in knowing their problem in their words, with an offer that answers it and a real price. Then help the person decide whether your service fits.
Your first move
Free, and not a Quick Start lesson: the Quick Start doesn’t teach calls. In the trial, start with Day 1, the offer in one line, since the call is often doing the offer’s work.
Write down what each person said, in their words, next to what you offered.
Why this first: Their words show what they care about and what needs explaining.
The steps
Fill in, once per call
They said: their problem, in their words.
I offered: your offer and price.
The gap: what didn’t match.
Keep the record factual.
Done when: All three calls are written down, with one question for next time.
The Quick Start is in the community. 7 days free, then $7/month at launch.
The system, in order
Your offer, your list and one free lead magnet.
Message the people who already know you, one at a time.
Tell your wider audience who you help, and offer something useful.
Move a real conversation to a booked call.
Help the person decide whether your service fits.
Ads and content, once closes come in.
